Case of loss of the receipt of the request of the CNIE
Procedure
As the introduction of the receipt is obligatory for the withdrawal of the CNIE, any loss of the aforesaid receipt requires the production of a declaration of loss legalized by the Consular Service concerned or local authorities.
Documents required
- Declaration of loss of the receipt;
- For the minors and people under supervision : An identity card is required if the withdrawal is carried out by the father, mother or legal guardian;
- A document in proof of supervision is necessary if the guardian is not the father or mother of the interested party.
