Introduction
The anthropometric card / Criminal records is delivered only to the applicant, or to his legal representative, father, mother or legal guardian or with a duly represented third person (legalized power of attorney).
The Introduction of the receipt is obligatory for the withdrawal of The anthropometric card / Criminal records.
In the event of loss of the aforesaid receipt, it is necessary to produce a declaration of loss legalized by the Consular Service concerned or the local authorities.
Documents required
- Receipt of application;
- The ID of the interested party;
- For the minors and people under supervision,
- For the Holders of the ID, who cannot present themselves for the withdrawal, the card can be given to their fathers, mothers or legal guardians on production of their identity card.
- Legalized procurement and identity card are required if a third person is in charge of document withdrawal.
